Please make sure to input your email address correctlly, otherwise our information can't be reached you.
In addition, the automatic e-mail may not be sent since the booking is incomplete due to error during payment procedure. If you are not sure for your booking, please inform us to e-mail above.
The confirmation slip will be sent you around 5 days before your transfer service date.
Reservation form will be closed 4 days prior to service date, but it may be possible to accept directly by e-mail depending on availability. Please contact to: email@example.com.
Yes. For domestic flight, we will pick you up from the arrival / drop you off to the departure lobby in domestic terminal.
The airport meeting point map for your domestic arrival will be sent to you in advance by e-mail.
7-days Travel Pass will be provided at the airport on your arrival day.
In the case of one way booking, from Hotel to Airport,E-ticket with QR code will be sent you around 5 days before your transfer service date by e-mail. If you would like to receive it earlier (or before your Bali arrival date), please fill in the request in the NOTE column on booking registration form or send email to firstname.lastname@example.org
In case that your flight arrival is earlier or delayed, we will welcome you according to your actual arrival time. And we will be waiting for you Maximum 3 hours from actual landed time.
Please inform us as soon as possible. We arrange for your transport according to the rescheduled flight. Without your notice, we can not arrange for the rescheduled transport.
Please select "Flight departure date" on booking form.
Example: Flight departure is at 0:40 midnight on 2 April, hotel pick-up on 1 April. ⇒ select " 2 April "
The hotel pick-up time will be informed you according to your flight departure time and hotel area.
(In case Bali arrival flight is midnight, please select 'Flight Arrival Date' in the same way.)
We are sorry but the price is based on the flight departure time. We can provide the pick-up time earlier than designated pick-up time, but the transport fare will be calculated at midnight surcharge. Please inform us as soon as possible if you would like to change the pick-up to be earlier.
Yes, Please inform us it in advance then you can bring maximum 4 surfboards per car with additional charge. (1 way IDR 80,000/per car, Round trip IDR 150,000/per car). Please fill in the size / number of surfboards in the NOTE column on booking registration form. And please pay in Indonesia Rupiah cash on your service date.
Yes, we will count 1 golf bag is counted as standard check-in luggage size. Depends on number of your luggage, it may be not enough space. Please inform us the total number of luggage in advance.
