Royal Palace Karangasem

Puri Agung Karangasem is the royal palace of the Karangasem kingdom in East Bali. Rather than a single landmark, it's collectively several royal palaces that are all positioned within a 100-meter radius of the capital town of Amlapura. You can find these separate palaces in 3 main locations in the town's center: Puri Kaleran to the north, Puri Gede on the west, and the main Puri Agung complex. Puri Agung Karangasem is the main residential palace of the late Raja of Karangasem. On sightseeing tours here, you can admire grand structures such as the Bale Pemandesan pavilion and the Maskerdam palatial main building.

Sibetan Village

Snake fruit or salak as they are called din Bali, are the first thing that visitors to Sibetan village Karangasem see when they arrive. Sibetan is in fact famous for its snake-fruit that supply most of Bali. Sibetan has become a favorite agro-tourism destination where visitor can stay in people homes and experience snake-fruit first hand.

Tirta Gangga

Tirta Gangga is a former royal palace in eastern Bali, Indonesia, about 5 kilometres from Karangasem, near Abang. Named after the sacred river Ganges in Hinduism, it is noted for the Karangasem royal water palace, bathing pools and its Patirthan temple.
