Selection of Date and Number of Participants: Users select the desired travel date and indicate the number of participants joining the trip.

Review of Order Details: After entering personal information, users will be asked to confirm their order and review payment details before proceeding. Additionally, users can enter promo codes to receive discounts.

Payment Confirmation: After users verify and validate the payment, they will receive payment confirmation from the admin via email, confirming that the transaction will proceed to payment.

For example, if cancellation is made 48 hours before the travel date, users might receive a full refund, whereas cancellations made within a shorter timeframe might incur cancellation fees.
